To make sure I capture the decision correctly, can you please confirm the items below.

Client model and access. The two client endpoints will be self-hosted by BINC with compliance responsibility on our side, and they will access the two managed servers via VPN, Cloud Connect, or Bastion.

Users and admin access. Do Arvato Connect technicians already have BGROUP users and admin rights needed to access the servers. If not, please confirm the expected number of BGROUP users needed and confirm the additional per-user monthly charges you referenced.

Costs. I am tracking one-time setup at approximately 1,700 EUR. Monthly costs at approximately 1,200 EUR for the managed services, plus Azure consumption estimated at approximately 800 EUR. Please confirm if this is the right order of magnitude for planning.

Lead time. Once you have confirmation on the BGROUP users, what is the expected lead time to provision the two servers and enable connectivity.
