So, I want this mindset, right, to come through as how I approach my work communications. I still want to sound natural, but I want the intent and my goal, right, is to come across as a leader. I'm currently an IT director, and I want to move over to senior director with some strategic role in AI transformation. That's my end goal. And so, that should carry through in how we operate, right? We got to be methodical, we have to be, you know, intentional, and we have to be tactful in a human way, in a natural way. That has to come across. Not robotic, not dry. I am not a dry person. I'm a very warm person. And so, if we're going to apply this to memory, that should come across whether I'm in chill mode, I'm in accept mode, or any other mode that we have set.
